A comprehensive assessment of 340 health facilities across 3 counties measuring service readiness and quality of care.
The Challenge
The county needed a detailed picture of facility-level service readiness to prioritize resource allocation and plan health system strengthening.
Our Solution
We designed a structured facility assessment tool, deployed trained health assessors, and produced GIS-mapped outputs showing geographic distribution of readiness scores.
Results Achieved
340 facilities assessed in 6 weeks, GIS-mapped readiness scores used to target $2M in facility upgrades, with findings adopted into the County Health Strategic Plan.
