1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, submitting a project inquiry, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Runaquests Digital Technologies provides technology consulting, software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related services as described in individual project agreements, statements of work, or service contracts. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in separate agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools used in development remain the property of their respective owners or of RunaQuests Digital Technologies. Source code ownership transfer is subject to the terms of individual project agreements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion or as defined in milestone-based payment schedules. Overdue invoices may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data with strict confidentiality. We sign NDAs upon request before sensitive discussions. Our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive the conclusion of any engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
RunaQuests Digital Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Gilgil, Nakuru, Kenya.
