M&E Framework for Education Programme
Design of a comprehensive M&E framework with indicators, data collection tools, and a live monitoring dashboard for a 3-year education programme.
The Challenge
The NGO lacked a structured M&E system, making it difficult to track programme progress, demonstrate results to donors, and identify areas needing course correction.
Our Solution
We developed a results-based M&E framework with 42 SMART indicators, designed all data collection tools, and built a Power BI monitoring dashboard connected to live data feeds.
Results Achieved
Full M&E framework operational within 8 weeks, donor reporting time reduced by 60%, and the dashboard adopted as a best-practice model across the organisation's programmes.
