National Household Survey
A nationally representative household survey covering 12,000 households across 47 counties to inform social protection policy.
The Challenge
The client needed statistically robust data from a large, geographically dispersed population within a tight 8-week fieldwork window.
Our Solution
We designed a stratified cluster sampling framework, programmed CAPI tools in ODK, deployed 120 trained enumerators, and implemented real-time data quality monitoring.
Results Achieved
12,000 households surveyed across 47 counties, 99.2% data completeness, and a final report delivered within 3 weeks of fieldwork close.
